Grupuri de lucru

In cadrul EHEDG, un numar de cateva sute de experti internationali din industriile alimentare, producatori de echipamnete alimentare si  din mediul academic se aduna in cadrul grupurilor de lucru pentru a impartasi cunostintele in volum mare.

Aceste echipe de experti sunt responsabile pentru dezvoltarea Instructiunilor EHEDG. Fiecare grup de lucru este responsabil pentru domeniul de expertiza, si in cadrul fiecarui domeniu sunt definite anumite domenii specifice
